What do you get when you cross the Art by the Sea Gallery with the Bandon Library? You get a library lobby full of beautiful and diverse artwork, all done by local artists! No joke, members of the Art by the Sea Gallery are displaying their photos, painting, carved gourds, jewelry, and more for the month of December.
Located in the Continuum Building in Old Town Bandon, the Art by the Sea Gallery is an artist cooperative and provides space for artists to create, display, and sell their artwork. It is full of a variety of art forms including painting, photos, cards, gourds, and pottery, and at least a couple of the artists are always there to talk about and sell the art.
The gallery is dedicated to supporting artists and art appreciation and education for all ages. It hosts year-round art classes, and the art on the walls changes a couple of times a month.
Don't miss the Art by the Sea installation at the Bandon Library this month, and be sure to visit the gallery in Old Town!
